No new software to learn. If you can fill in a spreadsheet, you can run a thousand forms.
Grab the spreadsheet template tailored to your form, paste your rows, and drop it in. It goes straight to encrypted storage, never through our servers.
We line every column up against every field on the PDF. Confirm the mapping once and it is remembered for next time.
One finished PDF per row, handed back as a single zip. A bad row is flagged and skipped. It never tanks the whole run.
MEMO 03The two worries
A 1040 or an I-9 is dull to fill and catastrophic to fumble. So the two things that actually keep you up at night are the two things we built the machine around.
Every row renders the same way, every time: no fatigue, no Friday-afternoon slip around row 600. A bad value is flagged and set aside with its row number and field named; it never silently mangles a filing, and one bad row never tanks the other nine thousand.
Your spreadsheet goes straight to encrypted storage and is read row-by-row in memory: cell in, PDF out, value discarded. The SSNs and salaries never land in our database, and the file itself is auto-deleted after the run. We keep the audit trail. We don’t keep the people.

Organised by country and department: IRS, USCIS, CRA, the DMVs, and growing. Every form is versioned with its own base PDF and a matching spreadsheet template, so the columns already line up.
Before a form enters the library, a person verifies every field against the original. When you fill it, the columns already line up — because someone made sure they do.
Everything in the app is a JSON REST endpoint. API access is granted by request during the founding period — write to us and a person will set you up.
